Desensitizer is also known as a passivator. YXIB is a green, environmentally friendly, non-toxic white water desensitizer that fully meets EU standards (third-party SGS environmental certification). It is biodegradable, non-VOC, and is the only product recognized by the EU for use in food-grade adhesives. YXIB is a low-viscosity (9 cps) hydrophobic desensitizer with a low freezing point, facilitating easier handling. It exhibits good compatibility with unsaturated polyester resins, vinyl resins, DCPD resins, and PET resins, among others.
